TCAT Researcher Neil Loewen was recently presented with the 2016 Excellence in Placemaking award at Ryerson University School of Urban and Regional Planning. Sponsored by the Downtown Yonge BIA, the award is presented to one Ryerson graduate student annually. Neil was chosen for his work on TCAT’s Complete Street Transformations in the Greater Golden Horseshoe Region book for its important contribution to placemaking and creative presentation of streetscape solutions.
