Community Engagement & Active Transportation: Two Demonstration Projects in Toronto | March 2014

This TCAT report describes a year-long project, part of the Healthy Canada by Design CLASP initiative, to identify interventions to improve walking and cycling in Toronto. Throughout 2013, TCAT worked closely with Toronto Public Health in two very different Toronto communities (the Annex and Black Creek) to create a three-stage community engagement method involving key informant interviews, capacity building workshops, and community consultation events.
