Two of TCAT’s recent publications have been recently highlighted on our Complete Streets for Canada website. Municipalities from across Canada now have easy access to TCAT’s Complete Streets Evaluation tool, which offers a comprehensive framework of measurable outcomes to evaluate Complete Street projects. The tool was developed by reviewing the practices of 26 North American municipalities. TCAT’s new book, Complete Street Transformations in the Greater Golden Horseshoe Region, has also been added, and municipalities can see the before-and-after of nine different Complete Streets projects, including costs and how the performance of these streets is being measured.
This second publication is soon to be available in the Toronto Public Library as well, and there’s already a hold on it! The book is available free to download online, or for purchase. Copies are also available at the Spacing Store at 401 Richmond in Toronto.
