The Government of Ontario recently opened two policies for public consultation, in support of the Ministry of Transportation’s Ontario Cycling Strategy. The #CycleON strategy is a twenty-year plan developed to support and encourage cycling in Ontario, with the overall vision of making Ontario a more cycle-friendly province.
The first consultation initiative sought public input on the Province’s ideas on the design of a proposed Ontario Municipal Cycling Infrastructure Program.
The second sought input on the proposed approach to supporting cycling skills training programs.
