After careful consideration, and in consultation with our major stakeholders, TCAT has decided not to hold a Complete Streets Forum in 2016. Since 2008, TCAT has organized this successful and high-profile annual conference that attracts hundreds of registrants and numerous sponsors. We continue to see significant value in bringing people together to learn from each other and to build capacity for building safe and accessible streets for all ages and abilities and all modes of transportation.
As we take this pause to reflect on what TCAT’s Forums have accomplished to date, and to consider what we can improve and change, we welcome your feedback and ideas as we build momentum toward our 2017 Forum.
In the meantime, please keep up to date with our other events and upcoming news and announcements. 2016 is our biggest and best year yet as we move forward on multiple fronts to advance knowledge and evidence to build support for safe and inclusive streets for walking and cycling.
