Mountain Equipment Co-op’s Bikefest is gearing up for its full day event this Saturday July 3 from 9:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. in Liberty Village, next to Lamport Stadium, on Fraser Avenue between King Street and Liberty Street.
MEC’s Bikefest is a community celebration of bicycles and all things bicycle related. The goal is to connect the bicycle community with new cyclists. Activities will include:

Participation in MEC’s Bikefest Toronto is free and open to all ages and skill levels. Workshops and clinics are just $5 per course, or $15 for the whole day. Participation in the group rides and tours is free, but to guarantee yourself a spot, you’ll need to pre-register for these events as well.
Visit MEC at their King Street location or register by phone at 416.340.2667. Registration will close July 1 at 9:00pm and re-open at MEC Bikefest at 8:30am on July 3. On the day of the event, any open spots will be available on a first come, first served basis.
MEC’s Bikefest is a great opportunity to support TCAT as well. Any proceeds from the event will be donated to TCAT, MEC’s non-profit partner for Bikefest.
